Located in the heart of America in St. Joseph, MO, EIP has approximately 700,000 sq. ft. in our 4 facilities, with 20,000 sq. ft. dedicated to cold storage.

We began our operation in 1987 with 90,000 sq. ft. and have grown to meet our customers needs. We operate a food grade warehouse environment that is inspected annually by the American Institute of Baking (we have continuously received the highest rating possible in every inspection).

EIP maintains an inventory of many different customer products from corrugate to records storage to food ingredients to co-packed finished goods. Our software management system allows instant and accurate information on stock intake, location and status.

Our warehouse and distribution system offers the following:

• Experience shipping to major mass retailers such as Walmart, Sam’s Club and Costco
• Leased space and short and long term contracts are available
• Cross docking
• Special handling of floor loaded overseas containers
• Value added contract packaging services such as pallet sorting and re-building, shrink wrapping, bundle wrapping, building floor displays, and kitting are available.
